The Frose Train

I was hesitant to jump on the frosé train, but it's hot AF in Portland and I wanted something easy and colllld. Now I'm not only riding the train I'm yelling "choo choo!" And I look ridiculous but this is really refreshing and delicious. I modified a recipe from Bon Appétit, which was a bit sweet for me and I wanted extra citrusy floral whimsy.

Frosé All Day

Bottle rosé
3 oz Fresh lemon juice
2 oz Pomp & Whimsy gin liqueur
2 oz strawberry simple syrup 
3 or so dashes lavender bitters
Ice

Make your strawberry simple syrup & freeze rosé in a pan, at least 6 hours. Scrape rose into a blender, add other stuff and blend. Enjoy your boozy brainfreeze!
