One of my favorite things this summer has been rhubarb-infused vodka. I love the tartness, zing, and color. I have a little strawberry syrup left over from my brief yet meaningful frosé affair (I'm fickle, don't judge 😜) and thinking I'll do a "leftover cocktails" drink soon. Maybe merge these things with an Aperol Spritz and/or whateverthehellelse I have in the fridge. What flavors do you like with rhubarb? If you have great recipes for  rhubarb cocktails, send them my way - I'm on a vital reconnaissance mission 😃
